1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MY Coworking Space facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and Access
Membership grants you access to our coworking facilities during operating hours or 24/7 depending on your membership tier. Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access credentials with others.
- Members must be 18 years or older
- Valid identification required for registration
- Access cards remain property of MY Coworking
- Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately
3. Payment Terms
Membership fees are payable in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in suspension of access
- Additional services billed separately
- Prices subject to change with 60 days notice
4. Facility Use
Members agree to use the facilities responsibly and respectfully:
- Maintain a professional environment
- Respect other members and their property
- Keep noise levels appropriate
- Clean up after yourself
- Report any damage or issues immediately
- No illegal activities permitted
5. Meeting Room Bookings
Meeting rooms must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee.
6. Liability and Insurance
MY Coworking is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts other members or damages our reputation.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary for membership management and facility operations.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
