Yes! Our coworking space at 2312 Addax Tower is fully ADGM-compliant and approved for business licensing. We provide all necessary documentation for ADGM license applications and renewals. Our dedicated desk and private office plans meet ADGM's physical office requirements, making us ideal for startups, freelancers, and regulated entities in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Each dedicated desk at MY Coworking includes 2 ADGM visa allocations. This means you can sponsor up to 2 employees or partners per desk. For private offices, you receive 1 visa allocation per seat (e.g., a 4-person office = 4 visa allocations).

Same-day move-in is available! Once you complete the KYC process, sign your agreement, and make payment, you can start working immediately. We offer flexible quarterly billing with no long-term lock-in. You pay every 3 months (e.g., AED 3,585 for hot desk or dedicated desk). You can cancel with 30 days' notice, giving you the flexibility to scale up or down as your business needs change. No annual commitments required.

No setup fees! Unlike most coworking spaces in Abu Dhabi that charge AED 1,000-3,000 in setup or admin fees, we charge zero. Your initial payment covers only your first quarter plus a refundable security deposit. All utilities, WiFi, coffee, and amenities are included in your monthly rate with no additional charges.
