How to Register Your Lease on ADGM AccessRP

What Is ADGM AccessRP?

AccessRP is the official ADGM online platform where your company manages its registered address, employees, and authorised signatories. Once your lease is signed and your entity is incorporated, AccessRP is where you make it official. It is the system ADGM uses to verify that your business has a legitimate physical address inside the free zone.

The three steps below must be completed in order. Skipping any one of them will cause the lease registration process to fail.

Step 1: Open Your Company Account on AccessRP

After incorporating your ADGM entity

The first thing you need to do is create your company account on the AccessRP system. This is the account through which your entity will manage everything: its registered address, its employees, and its authorised representatives.

You can only complete this step after your ADGM entity has been formally incorporated. You will need your company registration details and the authorised signatory information you submitted during incorporation.

Step 2: Open an Employee Account

Add an Admin user for your company

Once your company account is created, the next step is to add an employee account for the person who will act as the Admin user on behalf of your company. This is typically the person responsible for managing the company profile on AccessRP and for submitting the lease registration application.

This user does not have to be a different person from the authorised signatory. In many cases, the same individual handles both roles. What matters is that the Admin user is set up on the system before the lease registration can be submitted.

Step 3: Register a Power of Attorney (POA)

For the person who will approve the lease registration

The final step before lease registration is to register a Power of Attorney on AccessRP. This is the individual who has the legal authority to approve the lease registration application on behalf of your company. That person can be a signatory, an owner, or a partner, as long as they have the authority to bind the company.

This step is required by ADGM as part of the authorisation process. Once the POA is registered and verified, your company will be able to accept and activate the lease that MY Coworking submits through the system on your behalf.

What Happens After These Three Steps?

Once all three steps are completed, your company is set up correctly on AccessRP and ready to receive the lease registration submission from MY Coworking. We will submit the lease through the system and you will receive a notification to log in and accept it.

Once you accept the lease on AccessRP, your registered business address at 2312 Addax Tower, 23rd Floor, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi is officially live and recognised by ADGM.

From that point, your address is valid for your commercial license, your banking applications, your visa quota, and any regulatory filings your entity needs to make.
